Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at admin@loyalandfaith.com within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
