Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Final Sale items include:

  • Clearance or discounted products

  • Promotional or limited-time items

  • Hygiene-sensitive products once opened

Final Sale items may only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final Sale status is clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at admin@loyalandfaith.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how and where to send your return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at admin@loyalandfaith.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.
